Company Description

What started as a hobby back in Kona in 1969 became a business in 1995. After working with ceramics, paper arts, fresh flowers, and Fimo (clay), wood became the material of choice to capture my ideas. I started at craft fairs for a few months, then started selling only to local stores that feature local artist. First came a few box styles and slowly I designed more and more creations and now produce over a hundred different items. I hope you will treasure and enjoy what my helpers and I have created for you!

All items have been designed by me. All of my work is created, made and manufactured in Hawaii. My woodwork pieces are made from Koa and occasionally when available I will use other local woods (mango, sandalwood, etc) .

Designs By Kadooka creations can now be found in over 65+ retail stores in Hawaii.
