In April 2010, Hawaiian Humane Society’s Facebook was established to empower people to do more for animals in their own care and more for animals within their reach. Our Facebook team works to reduce pet overpopulation, celebrate the human-animal bond, and educate pet owners to be role models for others.

We welcome phone calls not Facebook posts about shelter operations, customer service complaints, cruelty tips and other concerns as we take them seriously and believe they deserve personalized and immediate attention by our leadership.
