Beware. Bait and switch. Wednesday - Sean says he has the ok to offer me a lease. Paperwork came through on Thursday. Belinda says we are still showing the property - in spite of the lease offer to me. By Friday Sean had gone radio silent and Belinda sent an email canceling the lease offer. The ad is still up on zillow. Belinda's bio on the website talks about honesty and integrity. My experience with her demonstrated neither.
