Aloha Habilitation Services, Inc. is a Hawaii health care service provider specializing in outreach services and programs to the elderly and to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental retardation.

Our services are designed to assist individuals in acquiring, retaining and improving the self-help, health, socialization and adaptive skills necessary to reside in their Hawaii nursing homes as well as community-based settings.

Our team is composed of qualified professionals with extensive experiences in social services, health, case management, Hawaii nursing homes & hospitals. We have been serving the island of O’ahu since 2001, and the services we provide continues to exceed our clients’ expectations.
