Aloha and welcome to Body Balance! We are open in Aiea/Halawa Valley! We
offer a wide variety of relaxing/therapeutic massages that
include my specialty, Ashiatsu, as well as Hot Stones, Cupping, Medical Massage Therapy, and much more. Along with out of pocket clients we also accept Insurance (including Workers Comp) and No-Fault insurance. All sessions are by
Appointment-Only, no walk-ins

***We are now accept NEW PATIENTS with University Health Alliance insurance (UHA) AND Hawaii Medical Assurance Association (HMAA/HWMG)! We are currently not taking any new clients with American Specialty Health at this time. If you have medical insurance benefits that cover massage therapy feel free to call us and inquire!***Our Cancellation PolicyPLEASE READ OUR POLICY THOROUGHLY:This includes clients with insurance benefits including American Speciality Health (ASH), UHA Health Insurance, No-Fault, and Workmen's Compensation.CancellationsAt Body Balance,
we understand that unanticipated events can happen in everyones life. To be effective and fair to all of our clients while respecting our therapists time, we have adopted the following policies:A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling/rescheduling an individual appointment. Group appointments, Chronic Injury treatments and Energetic Bodywork sessions require 48-hour advance notice.
If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hour
(or 48-hour) advance notice,
you will be charged
50%
of that
session (at REGULAR PRICE).
This charge will either be invoiced directly to you or added to your account as an outstanding balance.
In order to book or confirm your next appointment, that invoice or outstanding balance
must be paid off in full prior to your next treatment.No ShowsAnyone that misses their appointment for any reason without a notice will be considered a NO-SHOW. You
will be charged IN FULL
for that session
(at
REGULAR PRICE)
for your missed
appointment. You will be either be invoiced directly or a charge will be added to your account as an outstanding balance. Any
future service will be denied until your invoice or outstanding balance is paid off.Arriving LateIf you are not present for your scheduled session within the first 15 minutes (unless having prior communication with us you that you will be arriving late), then
this will count as a NO-SHOW, and the \"no-show\" policy will take effect.
If your arrive late but within the 15 minute time-window, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your
treatment. In this instance, regardless of the length of
treatment completed, you will be responsible for paying the full session amount.*Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly in order to be on time.
