Hot Yoga by the Sea is an Infrared Yoga Studio offering a variety of classes. We also offer non-heated classes. Our specialty is Heated vinyasa, but we also offer Non-Heated Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, And Meditation classes. We hold a 200 hour Yoga teacher training as well.
