Breakthrough Rehab is a team of physical, occupational, and massage therapists who work in conjunction with physicians to assist patients in returning to their normal baseline function and/or resume independent living in the home, work, community by providing one on one care.

Our therapists work with patients to overcome physical deficits caused by disease, injury/trauma, or elective procedures. We help by decreasing pain, and assisting to improve motor control, joint motion, strength, balance, and safety awareness.

Our primary objective is to maximize the patient's normal functional activities and empower patients to self manage symptoms with a home exercise program and patient education.
