Regarding Calvin & Susie's commenting policy on Facebook and other social media:

In an effort to protect our community and provide a safe, positive place for our customers and social media followers to post their pictures and comments, Calvin & Susie reserves the right to remove any inappropriate comments or posts. Any Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter followers who continually post inappropriate or offensive comments will be blocked from access to our public forums.

We regard inappropriate comments as the following:

Comments attacking or demeaning an individual, an individual's pet, or an individual's views. We encourage discussion, and your opinions are important to us, but please refrain from name calling, shaming remarks, or comments of an illicit nature.

Any slurs of a racial, sexual, or derogatory nature will not be tolerated.

As a company devoted to pet health and welfare, any mocking or disparaging remarks directed at an animal will NOT be tolerated.

Comments soliciting business from our customers. This does NOT include animal rescue, sanctuary, adoption, or any animal welfare outreach. We may moderate your comment, but we are happy to work with you. Please contact us for further information.
