NOT RECOMMENDED! VERY HUMILIATED I called the office and tried talking to the secretary Jody, my fiance is disabled and I tried helping get some answers. I gave hes information with him on the line and asked about a letter he received, the answer was literally, "okay and? " I tried asking again , the answer was "I don't have the paper in front of so I don't know , I asked her nicely if she can please look at the paperwork , Jody made sounds of being annoyed and Said what now ? I asked how much money does the lawyer take and how payment works , the answer was I DONT KNOW AND I DONT HAVE A CALCULATOR then she took my phone number and hung up on my face I tried calling after 2 hours for 7 times and the call was sent to voice mail when I decided to call from another number she answered right away not recognizing the number and I explained who I am she transfered me to Rick tolin without explanation, Mr Tolin was nice but brushed it off with "she's a good employee, SHE BLOCKED US FROM REACHING OUR LAWYER JUST BECAUSE SHE CAN . Our only sin was asking questions we did not call to make her upset we called to understand. We have felt this behavior towards usfrom other places as being a family with a person that is disabled in the past no patience little empathy but never expected it from a disability office ,. Especially getting paid 25% of back payment for 20 minutes meeting once . never got a phone call about the process or any updates. One time we called to get information and was rtreated as if we bothered her day .
