As the largest purveyor of original antique maps and vintage Hawaiian art prints and in the state of Hawaii, our holdings of original 17th, 18th, and 19th century imagery are substantial. Due to an increased interest in antique maps and prints, prices have risen considerably for items which were once relatively accessible, and original documents can easily command five figure prices.

As a result, many of our clients expressed a desire for affordable reproductions. However, while the cost factor was always a consideration, they still demanded the highest quality, and we pledged to provide nothing less.

Committed to answering this need, we then set about finding a source. We were disappointed to discover that, at the time, neither the new world nor the old had anything exhibiting the standards we insisted upon. So, determined to offer only the highest-quality reproductions, we decided to create our own superior facsimiles.

Thanks to modern technology and an immense amount of research and development, we now produce an extensive array of images on fine art canvas for a fraction of the price of the original. These recreations are produced in-house and are available exclusively from us.

Lahaina Printsellers uses only the finest materials worthy of our high resolution scans, and we offer our images on premium waterproof canvas. We use pigmented inks, and this, coupled with our canvas substrate, creates a product which is completely waterproof, and the image is guaranteed not to fade or shift for over 100 years!

Now, after fifteen years of developing digital technologies and thousands of man hours and dollars invested, we are convinced that we are currently producing the finest facsimiles on the market.
