MCVJF was created to offer employers a virtual opportunity to connect with qualified dislocated workers that apply for new positions using:
– Job search tools
– Support to explore certification training or
– Create long-term career path opportunities.

We built a vital platform for Maui’s local businesses to promote and connect with new candidates that have become available during the small business landscape shift.

This platform promotes available training resources to assist transitional applicants moving from one sector to another or those wanting to upskill in their current field.
We do this via:
– Maui County Workforce Development Board
– UH Maui College – Extended Learning Workforce Development
– Community Partners of Maui American Job Center
