Aloha! My name is Bill Maeda, owner of FitPro Hawaii. FitPro Hawaii is a school of fitness operating in Hawaii since 2001. If you are new or returning to fitness, we will teach you how to quickly become your own trainer so that you control the time, place and tempo of your fitness program. A session at FitPro Hawaii is based on education, but the workout is built into the learning process.

You will not be given a one-size-fits-all program. Based on the details of your past experience, lifestyle, and medical history, we will design you a program that is simple to learn and produces rapid and measurable results. What you learn during your session will then be reinforced with workout assignments that are monitored by your instructor via phone and email.

Learning to become a personal trainer can take years of study and practical application. We have taken over 20 years of experience and refined it into customized, short, and affordable packages that deliver and maintain your results for as long as you choose.
